Will it fit large parcels from Amazon, ASOS, etc?

The Medium size fits the vast majority of standard parcels — shoe boxes, small clothing parcels, and similar. The Large size accommodates bulkier deliveries like trainers or small electronics. Exact dimensions are listed on each product.

Is it actually weatherproof?

Yes. The body is powder-coated galvanised steel, all seams are sealed, and the door has a rubber gasket. SafeDrop boxes are tested to withstand prolonged rain and temperatures from −20°C to +50°C.

Can the courier actually fit a parcel through the slot?

The drop slot fits the vast majority of standard home deliveries. For oversized items, couriers can open the front door if you share the code (we don't recommend this).

How secure is the key lock?

The key lock provides reliable security against opportunistic theft. The anti-fishing compartment inside prevents parcels being hooked back out through the slot. Combined with steel construction, your deliveries are well protected.

What surface can I mount it on?

SafeDrop must be mounted on a solid, sturdy surface — such as a brick or rendered wall. The included fixings are designed for masonry and the mounting plate has four holes for a secure, stable installation.

What's the delivery time?

UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days via tracked courier. Free standard delivery. Express next-day available at checkout.

What if I don't like it?

30-day returns, no questions asked. We'll arrange collection and refund you in full once the box is back with us.
